- He is a PhD in Organic Chemistry with a vast experience of 20 years in pharmaceutical industry with comprehensive experience in managing end-to-end operations, especially in Organic Synthetic Chemistry and Scientific Management.
- He was instrumental in developing a team, who were successfully engaged in the synthesis of diverse class of compounds viz., all kinds of Heterocycles, Advanced API intermediates, Speciality Fine Chemicals, Steroids, Carbohydrates, Natural Products, Small Peptides and Alkaloids.
- Prior to his association with AVIGYA, he worked at Corporate conglomerates like Mylan Laboratories, Indofine Chemical Co., USA and other CRO companies.
- He has various publications and research articles in international journals and patents to his credit.
- He is the winner of the most prestigious award “Matrix Achievers Club Member” at Mylan for his excellence contribution in R&D to reach organization goal.
Ravindar Reddy Kotla
Director – R&D
- He has over 18 years of rich experience in Synthetic Chemistry, API, CRAM & CRO.
- He is having a strong background of Process Development and Technology transfer with scale up knowledge with regulatory Systems.
- He is an expert in preparation of Drug Master Files with customers across various countries.
- Prior to his association with Avigya, he worked with corporates like, Dr. Reddy’s, GVK Bio, Arore Pharmaceuticals and other CRO companies.
- Presently, he is pursuing Ph.D.
Bhupal GM
CFO
- He is a qualified Chartered Accountant from ICAI with 20+ years of experience with a successful professional career. He is handling Finance and Secretarial matters at Avigya.
- He has vast experience in handling both Internal & External Audits, Financial Controls, Taxation, implementation of standard Accounting Systems, etc.
- Earlier, he worked with IJM (India) Infrastructure Ltd, GVK Infra, Athena Chhattisgarh Power Ltd and other various technology start-up companies in USA.
- Had the opportunity to work onsite for several rotations to many banks, Infra, power project companies.
Srinivas Paladugula
GM – Production
- He is a post graduate in organic chemistry by profession with 15 years of post-qualification experience in Process Development and scale-up knowledge. Presently, he is looking after all scale up projects in Avigya.
- He has also experience in trading of various specialized fine chemicals and Advanced Intermediates for bulk-drug industry.
- Prior to his association with Avigya, he worked with corporates like, Civenti Chem, GVK Bio, Arore Pharmaceuticals and other CRO companies.
Vijaya Laxmi B
GM – HR & Admin
- She is MBA graduate by profession with 15 years of post-qualification experience in handling end-to-end HR operations including various statutory compliances & Admin operations.
- She has hands on experience in framing and implementing of various HR Systems & Policies, MIS, employee welfare measures, etc.
- Prior to joining Avigya, she was associated with Athena Chhattisgarh Power Ltd & IJM (India) Infrastructure Ltd.
- At Avigya, she is handling all HR & Admin activities.
